CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the arrival date without charge or refund of the credit card charge.
  • If the service is marked as non-cancellable or non-refundable, a 100% penalty applies regardless of the date you request the cancellation.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours to 0 hours of the service date, or no-shows are considered cancellations and no refunds or reimbursements apply, 100% charge.

To cancel a booking, please send your cancellation request via e-mail to info@bemydriver.es with the following details:

  • Your booking locator
  • Name and surname
  • Email address you used to make the booking

Your request will be processed and, if it complies with the cancellation policies of the service you have booked, we will refund the corresponding amount to your credit card.
